Duties will include:

  • Completing works in relation to repairs, planned maintenance and refurbishment works in accordance with trade qualifications.
  • Executing all elements of the trade.
  • Holding a level 3 Electrical qualification, 18th edition and 2391 inspection and test qualifications and experience.
  • Co-ordinating materials and plant to maximise the effectiveness of building maintenance work undertaken.
  • Involving all aspects of the repair process from the initial receipt of a general works order to satisfactory completion of works on site.
