An opportunity to work with a leading housing provider, based in Birmingham and the surrounding areas. Working within the repairs team to deliver quality repairs with a focus on damp and mould.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, engage, supervise and monitor the performance of your team to ensure the effective delivery of a high-quality priority repairs service.
  • Work side by side, supervise the performance and development of your team providing hands on expertise, coaching, performance reviews (1‑2‑1s) and other developmental support as required, ensuring a quality service is provided and performance is dealt with appropriately.
  • Undertake basic damp and mould remediation works such as anti‑bacterial washdowns, application of anti‑fungal treatments, stain blocking, minor decoration, testing.
