Current role available for an Interim Property Surveyor working for a social housing provider in Staffordshire.

Responsibilities:

  • Working on delivery of planned works including kitchen and bathroom replacements.
  • Ensuring works have been completed to specification standards.
  • Monitor H&S on site.
  • Ensuring value for money across programmes of works.

Qualifications:

Ideally you will have a HNC in a building related discipline and have worked within a client side role for a housing provider.

Contract Details:

Six month contract, full time hours. £25 - 28 per hour umbrella.
