Current vacancy for a Project Administrator to work within a busy capital projects and property team. The role is available on an interim to permanent basis based in Coventry city centre working office hours between 8am – 4pm.
Key duties will include:
- General day to day office administration duties.
- Maintaining up to date and accurate projects files including relevant documents.
- Assisting with process of invoices.
- Booking in site inductions for contractors.
- Checking status of payments with internal and external suppliers.
Ideally you will have worked within a property team and have experience of working with asset software and be competent of using Microsoft packages.
