Mechanical Contract Officer required for a client side organisation in Coventry.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing compliance assurance on a range of assets and systems, including but not limited to Landlords’ Gas Safety Certificates.
  • Act as first point of contact for service colleagues and stakeholders to interpret and resolve complex infrastructure and technical problems on commercial HVAC systems.
  • Appointing and managing a range of specialist contractors delivering mechanical engineering maintenance, ensuring work is carried out in accordance with Group’s Health.
