Current vacancy for an interim Head of Estates for a leading HE organisation. The role is available with an immediate start, reporting to the A/D Estates Operations. Key duties will include, * Management of minor works projects up to £250k. * For the leadership and management of the Estates Operations and maintenance team. * Management of back log maintenance. * Liaising with senior manager within estates department. * Use of new technology including BIM. * Financial management including budget management and procurement of contractors and use of frameworks. * Available on a contract basis and potential for permanent position
