Housing Officer role required for a national charity, the role is remote based and will cover the North West region.
Purpose of Role
- To provide a comprehensive high quality housing management service to our tenants.
- To work with development and operational colleagues to deliver housing solutions to meet identified housing needs and to provide a high quality advice and support service to people who need housing and their families and support them to secure appropriate housing.
- To develop and maintain effective partnerships with a range of housing partners.
- Provide advice on the range of housing solutions available to people with disabilities.
- To enable people and families to secure appropriate housing solutions and to work with housing providers to deliver housing, when required.
- To work with Development and Area managers to create housing solutions locally.
Salary: £22 - £23 per hour (Umbrella Rate)
