Current vacancies for Multi Trade Operative for a housing provider based in Dudley / Rowley Regis. A mobile multi-tradesperson responsible for diagnosing and completing a broad range of responsive repairs and void maintenance.
Ensuring all works are completed in compliance with current building / construction regulations and legislative requirements. Ensuring all works are conducted in compliance with current health & safety legislation, with method statements and risk assessments undertaken where appropriate.
Meeting or exceeding all KPIs including (but not limited to) customer satisfaction scores, productivity levels, quality of work, 'right first time', recalls and appointments kept.
Ideally you will have level 2 minimum in a trade discipline and have experience of day to day plumbing and carpentry. You must have a full UK driving licence, DBS check, and have good IT skills including use of a PDA system. Van and tools provided.
