A new opportunity to join a leading housing provider to work as a Team Leader FRA. We have an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our Home Maintenance Services team as a Team Leader. This role will predominantly sit within the Maintenance Compliance Team managing a team of Multi Skilled Carpenters to carry out our fire risk assessment works, ensuring this work is carried out to the highest standard to meet regulations and keep our customers safe. Given the nature of the role, you’ll have an eye for detail and be able to follow a process to the letter – ensuring your team are always adhering to process too. You may also be required to work in other teams within Home Maintenance Services.

Key Experience

  • BTEC/HNC in Building Studies, or equivalent experience within the construction industry.
  • Experience of leading and managing a team of multi-skilled trade colleagues, including effectively managing performance.
  • Experience of delivering high quality customer service, as well as dealing with difficult customers.
  • Strong knowledge of Fire and Building Safety legislation, as well as practical experience working with this legislation.
