I am currently recruiting for an interim Facilities Manager looking after grounds and gardens services. This role is based in Birmingham and will be leading a team of circa 35 people. Duties will include:

  • Staff training, leadership and management.
  • Risk assessments and site audits.
  • Managing H&S for the teams to required industry standards.
  • Provide value for money on services and contracts.
  • Management of fleet, parts and supplies.
  • Services reviews.
  • Working with internal colleagues and stakeholders.
