Overview
Managing the delivery of new and replacement electrical services including electrical High Voltage (HV) and Low Voltage (LV) infrastructure and installations. This will include the design and/or design management, briefing consultants, assisting with procurement, project management, monitoring of progress, commissioning and handover.
Responsibilities
- Handover will include ensuring all documentation and records are kept up to date.
- Installations will include heating, cooling and ventilation systems, water and gas systems, air conditioning, lifts and fume cupboards.
- Undertake surveys, reviews or monitor either individually or in conjunction with other Estates.
