Current vacancy for a Decarbonisation Project Manager for a leading housing provider. This role is available on a fixed term basis until September 2029, salary £59k plus benefits.

Duties will include:

  • Lead the successful delivery of the Wave 3 retrofit programme (c.400 homes over a 3-year period), ensuring full compliance with DESNZ funding conditions and PAS 2035/2030.
  • Effective financial management and accurate reporting.
  • Delivery of programme outputs within agreed timescales.
  • High levels of resident satisfaction and value for money.
  • Strong governance, risk management and audit assurance.
  • The postholder will act as an intelligent client, managing consultants, contractors and stakeholders to deliver high-quality retrofit outcomes.
