A new role available for a Data Analyst to work within the property services department for a housing provider based in Birmingham.

  • Assess the quality and consistency of data being captured on Compliance and Asset Management systems.
  • Monitor project progress, work with the Assets Team to manage issues and ensure project data is accurate and up to date on completion of works.
  • Provide data administration support for the team where required on any Assets projects.
  • Support the development of department wide adoption of sound project management practices.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools, particularly PowerBI, CRM systems, and spreadsheets (e.g., Excel).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle recurring and ad hoc tasks.
