Moore Green is working with a Care Provider to recruit a Cluster Contract Manager for a 6‑month project. The role covers locations from Coventry to Nottingham, requiring 2 days in Coventry, 2 days in Nottingham, and 1 day at the Coventry Head Office.

Duties

  • To directly manage the FM contract for repairs and maintenance through work instructions and variations where necessary.
  • To manage the execution of cyclical, planned, preventative, and repair works within a number of locations, in accordance with the instructions of the Head Office Asset Management Team.
  • Manage the delivery, cost and quality of the service, including authorising payments and approving claims for additional works as necessary at intervals stated by the contract.
  • To work in partnership with Location Managers to deliver a maintenance, handyman and FM service responsive to the location’s requirements and providing value for money.
  • Supervise maintenance and housekeeping operatives working at the various locations.
  • To manage your time effectively between locations to support them as equally as possible.
