- Ensure all projects are completed with snags and defects addressed and delivered on time within budgets.
- Manage fire compartmentation projects from inception to completion using competent and accredited contractor services.
- Provide advice to in-house maintenance teams and design team where required.
- Conduct building condition surveys across the estate.
- Manage contractors ensuring quality, performance and health & safety.
- Handle projects with budgets ranging from £100k to £500k.
- Produce technical drawings and possess experience with AutoCAD.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Ideally you will have a HNC in Building.
- Experience of using various IT systems including Microsoft and AutoCAD.
- Have worked within a client-side surveying or property role.
