- Lead and manage a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure the delivery of high-quality maintenance services.
- Train/support and shape your team to develop a high-performance culture across your area of operation. Ensure that incrementally we deliver more repairs ourselves.
- Ensuring building compliance across main compliance areas, including PPMs and inspections as required.
