Current vacancy to join a leading healthcare provider in Birmingham working on various schemes. Under the guidance of the Associate Director for Capital, the post holder will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the provision of an effective high quality, efficient and safe capital projects service to the Trust.
  • Developing and implementing capital and estates strategies to ensure the Trust meets its development programme, statutory responsibilities and is responsive to changes required under the modernisation agenda and within the NHS plan.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and statutory requirements and relevant technical guidance and policies.
  • Providing and ensuring the effective management of Trust staff, building contractors/consultants, external capital investment delivery teams and financial resources.
