The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

Building Surveyor required to work for a housing provider in the Worcestershire on a contract basis for six months. This role is working within the asset management team and will be responsible for planned maintenance works. Key duties will include; * Management of contractors to deliver decent homes related projects. * Ensuring quality of works. * Ensure all relevant H&S and building regs are followed. * Pre / post inspection of works. * Reporting back any issues / updates to the senior manager. * Providing excellent customer service to residents
