Contract Building Estates Surveyor – Birmingham

Moore Green Recruitment LTD is seeking a Building Estates Surveyor for a contract role based in South Birmingham. This position is initially available for two months but may be extended. You will be responsible for checking technical drawings, ensuring compliance with building regulations, and conducting inspections.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in managing contractors, knowledge of Health and Safety, and the ability to interpret technical drawings. Salary is between £26 and £29 per hour.
