I am currently recruiting for an interim Asset Strategy Manager for a housing association in the West Midlands.
This is a contract role for three months, 2 days based in the office 3 days home working.
The duties will include. * Developing asset strategy for 5-, 10-and 30-year investment programmes. * Knowledge of planned investment.
