We are currently seeking an IT Factory Projects Coordinator to support the next phases of our ERP system rollout. We have implemented Infor Syteline (CloudSuite Industrial), with phases 1 and 2—focused on office operations—already complete. This role will play a key part in the implementation of phases 3 and 4, which focus on our factory operations. The primary objective is the deployment of Factory Track, Infor’s solution for shop floor, stores, and quality management. This role will also explore and implement opportunities to digitalise factory processes, improve data visibility, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
Hours of work: Standard hours are Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 (40hrs) per week.
Responsibilities:
- Factory Track Support & Training for Unit Leaders and team Leaders
- Train & support Quality and Maintenance teams during the roll out of new modules
- Roll Out further use of the handheld scanner in stores
- Train new users on the use of Syteline and maintain user permissions
- Create and customise Birst Dashboards to ensure users get the information from the system in an accessible way
- Maintain data in the ERP system accurately
- Refine Bills of Manufacture for products for use within system
- Collate innovative continuous improvement ideas on systems – design minor configurations in-house and investigate viability and phasing for larger projects
- System Upgrades - Co-ordinate the monthly uplift of Syteline to ensure smooth transition
- Coordinate Maintenance of IT Infrastructure e.g. PCs, laptops, phones, printers, scanners
- Support actions to maintain our Cyber Essential certification and reduce Cyber risk
- Any other duties, within reason and capability, as agreed through consultation with the Digitalisation Manager.
Skills:
- Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Logical understanding of databases and software tables.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
- Effective training and communication skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to work professionally with internal teams.
- Willingness to contribute to the continued success of Moore Concrete.
- Excellent time management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced team environment.
- Basic understanding of ERP systems.
- Awareness of sequel system coding.
- Experience creating digital reports/dashboards based on data systems.
- Familiarity with working to KPIs and performance targets.
