Moordown Medical Centre is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Practice Nurse to join its friendly team, caring for around 9,900 patients in Bournemouth. The post is full-time and permanent, with salary dependent on experience and qualifications.
You will work closely with GPs and the wider clinical team to deliver long-term condition management, health assessments, recalls and annual reviews, vaccinations and health promotion. Training and development are provided to expand your skills.
