An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Client Services Agent to join us at the Moorcroft Group. Immediate starts available - with full training within our Moorcroft Training Academy.

The Moorcroft Group are a leading UK consumer debt recovery specialist working on behalf of most major companies within the UK and are recruiting for a Client Services Agent to join their head office in the centre of Stockport. Moorcroft are an Investors In People Silver employer.

Client Services Agents are responsible for providing effective communications between customers and our clients, whilst adhering to company policy/procedures to ensure the Company complies with appropriate regulatory requirements. We offer full training within a friendly team environment using state of the art IT systems.

The role entails handling raised customer or client queries in a timely manner according to pre-arranged service level agreements. Letter writing skills are a must to issue good quality bespoke responses to our customers following client responses to raised queries. A successful candidate will also follow up on any outstanding queries using relevant management reports.

As a Client Services Agent you will also handle any inbound calls from clients and transfer accordingly to the relevant department, getting to know many people throughout the business allowing you to gain a good understanding of other departmental roles.

Successful candidates will:

  • Be educated to GCSE standard in Maths and English
  • Possess excellent administration skills
  • Be competent in Microsoft Office software

The hours of work alternate between early and late shifts on a weekly basis. You will be required to work both shifts:

  • Early Shift: Monday to Friday 7am - 1pm and Saturday 8.30am - 4pm
  • Late Shift: Monday to Thursday 1pm - 9pm and Friday 1pm - 7pm

This is a full time permanent position. There are local public transport links nearby. This role would suit someone looking to work within a professional customer service orientated environment or someone with experience as a Customer Service Representative or Administrator.
