Purpose and objective of the role:
As a Sales Associate, you will embody the spirit of Begg x Co, offering each client a uniquely warm, attentive and gracious experience. Through your presence, product knowledge and care, you will help shape an atmosphere where clients feel welcomed, understood and inspired. You will serve as one of the first ambassadors of the Begg x Co universe.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Client Welcome: Offer every guest a refined, warm and personalised welcome. Create an atmosphere of calm attentiveness where discovery can unfold naturally.
- Product Knowledge & Storytelling: Share the heritage, fibres and craftsmanship behind our pieces with grace. Tailor each conversation to the client's curiosity and pace.
- Client Support & Transactions: Support clients throughout their journey, including styling guidance, fittings and thoughtful product advice. Execute wrapping, packaging and payments with precision and care.
- Boutique Presentation: Maintain visual harmony across the boutique, ensuring displays remain replenished, tidy and aligned with brand standards.
- Operational Excellence: Support back of house operations including stock movement, inventory and deliveries. Uphold rigorous standards of accuracy and discretion.
- Team Spirit: Contribute positively to a supportive, collaborative team environment. Participate in briefings, share insights, and respond with calm agility to evolving needs. Assist with aftercare, exchanges and repairs. Extend the same attentive service beyond the point of sale.

Previous experience in a retail, hospitality or luxury service environment is preferred.
