We’re looking for a skilled Finishing Operative to join our Finishing team, supporting the final stages of production for luxury knitted products finished with care, precision and pride.

- What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the finishing of luxury knitted products through stitching, labelling, button attachment and buttonholing.
- Working carefully with a variety of products, yarns and finishing requirements.
- Following specification sheets and work instructions to complete tasks to the required standard.
- Checking finished products for quality, accuracy and presentation.
- Maintaining an organised and efficient workstation.
- Working to team targets while supporting quality, efficiency and continuous improvement.

- Previous experience in a sewing, stitching, garment finishing or textile production environment.
- Good attention to detail and a quality-focused approach.
- Good hand dexterity and confidence completing detailed practical tasks.
