Moor Hall Hotel and Spa are currently seeking a passionate and qualified Fitness Instructor to join our well-established family business on a full-time basis. If you have a genuine interest in health and fitness, love working with people, and enjoy helping others achieve their fitness goals then we want to hear from you!
As a Gym Instructor, you will be responsible for guiding and assisting gym members in achieving their fitness objectives. You will provide support, motivation and ensure that our members and guests have an enjoyable experience when using our facilities. As well as carrying out gym inductions, you will be required to deliver group exercise classes to music in the studio and in the pool, carry out health and safety checks, and maintain cleanliness in the health club at all times.
You will also provide support to our Leisure Club and Spa reception team; therefore, the ideal candidate must be competent in dealing with enquiries, answering the telephone and be able to deliver excellent customer service to our guests and leisure club members. The successful candidate will already be qualified to Level 2 NVQ in Gym/Fitness although Level 3 Personal Training NVQ is preferable.
This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours across 5 days including evenings and weekends on a rota basis. We are open to applicants looking for part-time hours on the basis that they can work the following shift patterns: 6:00am-2:00pm and 2:00pm-10:00pm.
