Moor Hall Hotel & Spa has been family owned for 65 years. We pride ourselves on ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience, whatever the reason for their visit. We are on the lookout for a Bar Assistant to join our team at Moor Hall Hotel and Spa in Sutton Coldfield.
Candidates must be 18+ to apply for this position.
As a Bar Assistant, you will play a key role in our customer experience, preparing and serving a wide range of beverages to our guests, including cocktails, beers, wines and non-alcoholic drinks.
You will deliver high levels of customer service, ensuring our guests are served in a friendly and professional manner and well looked after during their visit. Maintaining a clean and organised working environment to ensure hygiene standards are met at all times.
What we’re looking for:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to work as part of a hotel team.
- A passion for hospitality!
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required.
