We are currently on the look-out for an enthusiastic and skilled Senior Sous Chef to join our Kitchen team at Moor Hall Hotel and Spa. As Senior Sous Chef, you will be responsible for ensuring our high standards are met and maintained by all and be able to demonstrate high levels of attention to detail and pride in the dishes that you produce.

The successful candidate will be highly motivated, enthusiastic about working with fresh produce and have the ability to lead and support the kitchen team in the absence of the Executive Chef. You will have a minimum NVQ3 in Professional Cookery or similar, a sound knowledge of health and safety systems and a flair for menu preparation, food presentation and delivery as well as good communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service.

This is a full-time role working 40 hours over 5 days, including weekends and evenings.
