We are currently on the look-out for an enthusiastic and skilled Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen team at Moor Hall Hotel and Spa. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running a specific section of the kitchen, preparing high-quality dishes and ensuring that all food meets our high standards. You will have knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation techniques, and cooking methods and the ability to communicate with other members of the kitchen team to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen.

The ideal candidate will be qualified to Level 2 Diploma in Professional Cookery (or equivalent). This is a full time role working 40 hours over 5 days, including weekends and evenings.
