We are on the lookout for a Bar Attendant to join our team at Moor Hall Hotel and Spa in Sutton Coldfield.

Job Details

Location: Moor Hall Hotel and Spa, Sutton Coldfield

Job Type: Full-time. Candidates must be flexible to work evenings and weekends.

Pay: Up to £12.21 per hour

Candidates must be 18+ to apply for this position.

Responsibilities

As a Bar Attendant, you will play a key role in our customer experience, preparing and serving a wide range of beverages to our guests, including cocktails, beers, wines and non‑alcoholic drinks. You will deliver high levels of customer service, ensuring our guests are served in a friendly and professional manner and well looked after during their visit. Maintaining a clean and organised working environment to ensure hygiene standards are met at all times.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of previous experience in a bar setting – in‑house training will be provided
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to work as part of a hotel team.
• A passion for hospitality!
