Moor Green Primary Academy, part of the REAch2 Academy Trust, is seeking an Office Coordinator to support daily administration and the smooth running of the school office. The role works closely with the Headteacher and Trust Shared Services teams and is central to delivering high‑quality administrative support across the school. The Office Coordinator will embrace the Trust’s Touchstones and strategic priorities, supporting equity, equality, inclusion, sustainability, and the efficient use of technology to enhance educational delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact with customers and visitors;
  • Manage day‑to‑day office administration;
  • Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Use Microsoft Office tools for documentation and reporting;
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks and deadlines;
  • Support the Headteacher and Trust teams in maintaining an organized, professional office environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a general office or administrative environment;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.);
  • Reception experience and ability to be the first point of contact;
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Clear written communication skills, including email and letter composition;
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities;
  • Ability to work effectively with a wide range of people.
