About the Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high‑quality teaching across the Year 3/4 curriculum, supporting pupils’ academic progress, well‑being, and personal development.
- Deliver a broad, balanced and engaging Lower Key Stage 2 curriculum.
- Maintain high standards of handwriting and presentation across subjects.
- Prepare for the Year 4 Multiplication Tables Check (MTC).
- Commit to outdoor learning as a meaningful part of the curriculum.
- Support Year 4 pupils’ transition to middle school in partnership with families and colleagues.
Additional Opportunities (M3):
- Work in partnership with the Headteacher to lead two curriculum subject areas.
- Support curriculum development, consistency and progression.
- Share good practice and contribute to raising standards across the school.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience (or strong potential) in Lower Key Stage 2 teaching.
