We are excited to recruit a number of Teaching Assistants to join our school. The posts will be temporary for a year in the first instance.

The Teaching Assistant post involves supporting the class teacher, taking small groups of pupils for interventions and building good relationships with children and families. The post will also include supporting any pupils with varying special needs.

The hours will be 31.25 per week, worked as 8.45am to 3.30pm daily. The role will have a half hour lunch break, and a paid half hour over the lunchtime period being with the children outside. The post is to work term time only although you will be paid to attend Training Days if appropriate.

The actual pay will be £17,827 - £18,396 paid across the year.
