WHAT THE JOB INVOLVES
- Conduct in-depth company and industry analysis to identify investment opportunities across buyouts, special situations, and growth equity
- Build and review advanced financial models, including LBO, valuation, and scenario analyses
- Support and lead transaction execution, including due diligence, structuring, and negotiations through to closing
- Work closely with portfolio companies and management teams on strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and value creation plans
- Prepare investment committee materials, presentations, and internal analyses to support decision-making
- Take increasing responsibility in deal processes and contribute to mentoring junior team members
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Excellent academic background with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or MBA
- 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in private equity, investment banking, or transaction services
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities, with a solid understanding of LBO and deal structuring
- Commercial mindset with an interest in operational value creation and working alongside management teams
- Ability to work independently in a lean, entrepreneurial environment while contributing to a collaborative team
