WHAT THE JOB INVOLVES

  • Conduct in-depth company and industry analysis to identify investment opportunities across buyouts, special situations, and growth equity
  • Build and review advanced financial models, including LBO, valuation, and scenario analyses
  • Support and lead transaction execution, including due diligence, structuring, and negotiations through to closing
  • Work closely with portfolio companies and management teams on strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and value creation plans
  • Prepare investment committee materials, presentations, and internal analyses to support decision-making
  • Take increasing responsibility in deal processes and contribute to mentoring junior team members

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Excellent academic background with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or MBA
  • 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in private equity, investment banking, or transaction services
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities, with a solid understanding of LBO and deal structuring
  • Commercial mindset with an interest in operational value creation and working alongside management teams
  • Ability to work independently in a lean, entrepreneurial environment while contributing to a collaborative team
