A pan-European private equity firm is seeking a Growth Equity Associate for their London team, focusing on fast-growing European technology companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead due diligence processes end-to-end with minimal supervision across multiple workstreams
- Build business plans, operating models, and financial models (M&A, LBO, waterfall analysis)
- Own investment memo creation from structure to final drafting and argumentation
- Manage deal execution including advisor coordination and stakeholder management
- Take ownership of specific tech sectors - map landscapes and proactively identify investment targets
- Integrate ESG considerations into diligence and investment materials
Requirements
- 2-3 years investment banking experience with strong execution background
- Excellent financial modelling and Excel skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities (clear writing, concise synthesis)
