Our lab sits at the intersection of world models, video generation, and robotics, building systems that represent complex environments, reason about objects and dynamics, and translate high-level AI intentions into smooth, efficient, safe, and responsive actions across a variety of robotic embodiments.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design and execution of our AI's robotics research agenda
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a small team of research scientists and engineers in our London lab
- Collaborate with the world model and simulation teams to develop state-of-the-art training platforms for robotics
- Guide the creation of persistent 3D/4D scene representations and advanced embodied AI methodologies
- Drive research efforts in scene understanding, sim-to-real transfer, and advanced planning
- Foster partnerships with leading ML researchers, hardware specialists, and external collaborators
- Help establish the lab's technical culture and external reputation

What We're Looking For
- Strong background in robotics, computer vision, or related areas

- Entrepreneurial spirit and excitement about building in a startup or early-stage lab environment
- Ability to work effectively across machine learning, perception, and robotics disciplines
