At Moonstones, we’re a local community group dedicated to supporting individuals and families who have had to flee domestic abuse. We provide care packages filled with basic household essentials for those moving into temporary accommodation.
We are looking for a friendly and organised Administrator to help keep our mission running smoothly. You’ll be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring we can get help to those who need it most.
Responsibilities
- Keeping things organised: Managing our Google Drive, spreadsheets, and updating our policies.
- Managing referrals: Processing referral forms so families get their care packages quickly.
- Stock & Wishlists: Organising our merchandise and keeping our Amazon Wish List up to date.
- Volunteer Support: Keeping track of volunteer contacts and creating ads for new roles.
- Events & Outreach: Helping us create content and adverts for fundraising events.
Who we’re looking for
- Organised: You’re good with data entry, scheduling, and keeping records tidy.
- Tech-savvy: You’re comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Drive.
- Empathetic: You can handle sensitive information with kindness and professionalism.
- A Team Player: You enjoy collaborating with others to make a real difference.
Previous experience in community service or domestic abuse support is a bonus, but not essential.
