  • Support inbound, stock movement, inventory, and space utilisation activities within the operation.
  • Safely operate VNA/forklift equipment in line with site procedures and licence requirements.
  • Support stock putaway, replenishment, relocation, and housekeeping activities.
  • Build strong working relationships with Supply Chain teams, suppliers, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Communicate operational updates, priorities, risks, and performance information clearly.
  • Support productivity, quality, service, and stock accuracy targets.
  • Track team performance and support corrective actions where required.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, onboarding, and day-to-day support to team members.
  • Conduct team briefings and communicate operational priorities.
  • Support project and change activity across the department.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, stock accuracy, and space utilisation.
  • Ensure all activities are completed safely and in line with company procedures and operational standards.
  • Support audit readiness, compliance activity, and housekeeping standards across the department.

About You

  • Valid VNA/Forklift licence.
  • Experience working within a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain environment.
  • Strong understanding of inbound operations, inventory control, stock management, or space planning.
  • Experience supporting or leading teams within a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Ability to balance hands-on operational tasks with leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong communication skills with confidence working across teams and external contacts.
  • Comfortable using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Good working knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong organisation skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
