About the role
We’re looking for a confident and commercially minded Sales Executive to join our high-performing Partnerships team at Experience More Ltd for a 9-month fixed-term contract . In this role, you’ll identify, pitch to, and secure exciting new experience partners for Buyagift and Red Letter Days .
If you’re a self-starter who thrives on autonomy, enjoys building relationships from scratch, and loves getting creative to win great new partners, this is your chance to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage a pipeline of new partnership opportunities, from initial research and outreach through to signed contracts
- Develop and execute your own outreach strategy via email, phone, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings
- Confidently pitch our brand and tailor your message to each partner’s goals
- Negotiate commercial terms to secure new deals that add value for our customers and business
- Collaborate with Onboarding and Category teams to ensure smooth partner launches
- Track pipeline activity and report progress using Salesforce
- Stay up to date on industry trends and identify new categories or gaps in the market
- Work closely with the Strategic Partnerships Manager while owning your own targets and projects
About You:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships—ideally within marketplace, e-commerce, or experience-led businesses
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a strong sense of ownership
- Excellent commercial acumen and the ability to identify and articulate value for both sides
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; confident pitching and closing deals
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- A strategic mindset, comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce to manage pipelines and track performance
- Well-connected within relevant industries (a plus, but not required)
