Moonpig Group in the UK is seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager for the Reminders team, based in London or Manchester with 1–2 days in the office weekly. You will lead a small team, collaborate with Product and Design, contribute to technical direction, and shape how we build and run complex reminder experiences.
You’ll balance hands-on coding with people leadership, coaching engineers, driving discovery, and creating a culture of craft, inclusion and continuous improvement.
