- Lead complex RFPs, tenders and sourcing projects, from requirements gathering and market engagement through to evaluation, negotiation and contract award.
- Manage and negotiate key warehouse, logistics, operational and marketing contracts (new supplier contracts and renewals), ensuring the right balance of cost, quality, service, innovation and risk.
- Drive change management across procurement initiatives, ensuring stakeholders are engaged, aligned and supported throughout implementation.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, consolidate spend, reduce costs, challenge existing ways of working and increase value across your categories.
- Ensure procurement activity is delivered with appropriate consideration of governance, risk, compliance and business continuity.
About You
- Strong strategic/category procurement experience (ideally 5 years +)
- Proven success in supplier negotiation and commercial management skills.
