London – Hybrid (2-3 days in office) | Competitive Salary + Benefits | Start date ASAP About the role We’re looking for an experienced and motivated PPC Manager to lead and deliver our paid search strategy across Buyagift and Red Letter Days. You’ll be at the heart of our marketing team, driving campaigns that reach millions, managing significant budgets, and collaborating closely with our agency partners to achieve ambitious growth targets. Key Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact for our paid media agency, aligning campaign activity and signing off creative assets Define campaign goals, messaging, and priorities, and brief them effectively to the agency Monitor performance metrics including ROAS, CPL, CPA, and CTR, ensuring targets are consistently met Compile and share actionable insights and performance summaries with senior stakeholders Manage and allocate PPC budgets, forecasting spend and sales to maximise profitability Ensure all PPC activity meets brand guidelines, compliance requirements, and supports our customer-centric approach Analyse trends to inform marketing and commercial strategies Oversee creative development and maintain brand consistency across all campaigns Work cross-functionally with trade, product, and SEO teams to support wider business objectives Keep up to date on platform changes, competitor activity, and best practices to inform future strategy Develop and implement structured testing and innovation plans Help differentiate each brand’s PPC approach across Google properties About you: Ideally 5+ years experience in similar role Experienced in managing large media budgets (£5M+) and delivering against multiple KPIs Skilled in managing agencies and third-party partners Deep understanding of audience targeting to drive growth Proficient user of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Adobe Analytics Strong knowledge of Performance Max, Google Shopping, and Merchant Center Highly analytical with advanced Excel skills Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management capabilities Commercially minded and passionate about digital marketing and e-commerce Google Ads and Meta Ads accreditation (preferred) Experience working both agency-side and client-side We live by our company core purpose of Delivering Happiness – Amazing People.
