We are recruiting for a highly motivated and organised Onboarding Manager for an initial 9 month FTC to lead a small team responsible for transitioning new products from the point of signature to full readiness for setup. This role requires a strong understanding of project management, process optimisation, and team leadership. You will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience, collaborating cross-functionally to streamline workflows and deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and refine onboarding processes and workflows to ensure efficient and effective product transitions.
- Oversee the entire onboarding lifecycle for new products, from contract signature to readiness for technical setup.
- Collaborate closely with Buying and Content to ensure seamless handoffs.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the onboarding team, regularly reporting on progress and identifying areas for improvement.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and bottlenecks in the onboarding process.
- Ensure all necessary documentation, resources, and training are available for successful product setup.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding onboarding status and issues.
- Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved in the onboarding process.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a small team of Onboarding Executives, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
About you:
- Proven experience in project management, operations, or a similar role, ideally within a software or technology company.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Proficiency in Salesforce is highly desirable.
