About the Role

We’re looking for an Amazon Marketplace Manager to take full ownership of one of our most important commercial channels across Buyagift and Red Letter Days. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where you’ll drive performance, unlock growth opportunities, and ensure Amazon is operating as a high-impact, strategic sales channel. You’ll work closely with internal teams and our external agency to deliver strong results across sales, conversion, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own Amazon channel performance across both brands, driving growth across sales, traffic, conversion, profitability and account health.
  • Monitor performance data to identify risks and opportunities, making informed commercial decisions to improve outcomes.
  • Develop and execute the Amazon trading plan across key moments including Prime Day, Black Friday and Christmas.
  • Plan and coordinate promotions, pricing, stock readiness and campaign activity to maximise performance.
  • Act as the main point of contact for the external Amazon agency, setting priorities, briefing clearly and holding delivery to account.
  • Lead regular performance reviews with the agency, ensuring actions drive results rather than just reporting activity.
  • Own the optimisation of listings including titles, imagery, keywords, A+ content and overall discoverability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve content quality and ensure catalogue hygiene is maintained.
  • Support Amazon Ads performance, working with the agency to improve ROAS, TACOS, conversion and organic ranking.
  • Manage pricing and promotions to balance competitiveness, customer appeal and margin delivery.
  • Build clear weekly and monthly performance reporting, translating data into actionable insights.
  • Support forecasting, launch planning and peak readiness across the Amazon channel.
  • Work cross-functionally with Trading, Category, Brand, Finance, Operations and Customer teams to align activity and drive results.
  • Bring Amazon insights into the wider business to influence product, range and commercial decisions.

About You

  • Proven experience in Amazon, marketplace or eCommerce roles with clear ownership of channel performance.
  • Strong track record of driving improvements across sales, conversion, profitability and execution.
  • Solid knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central, including listings, pricing, promotions and account health.
  • Demonstrated success improving performance through SEO, keyword optimisation, content and advertising.
  • Experience managing and challenging external agencies or partners to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Strong commercial judgement with the ability to interpret data and prioritise effectively.
  • Confidence owning KPIs and using performance data to drive action and results.
  • Experience planning and executing key trading events and promotional campaigns.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Clear communicator with strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working autonomously while making informed, confident decisions.

  • Stage 1: Recruiter Screening Call (20–30 mins).
  • Stage 2: Interview with Hiring Manager + Team Member (30–45 mins).
  • Stage 3: Task Presentation to Team (45–60 mins).
  • Offer!
