We’re recruiting a proactive, tech-savvy Integrations Specialist to join us on an initial 9 month FTC, to take the lead in onboarding new partners who want to integrate with our gift experience platform.
This role is essential to helping our partners launch faster, with the best possible booking journeys and technical integrations.
You’ll act as the key coordinator between our platform and our partners — advising on the right integration paths, leading the onboarding journey, and project managing the go-live process. Your expertise will ensure each partner has a smooth, confident rollout of our alternative booking methods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Onboarding Projects: Manage the integration aspect of the partner onboarding lifecycle — from kickoff to go-live — ensuring all tech requirements are met.
- Advise on Integration Options: Guide partners through the best integration pathways based on their systems and capabilities (APIs, third party integrations etc.), and align their journey with our platform\’s booking flow.
- Own Partner Communication: Be the go-to technical contact for our partners during the integration phase. Run regular check-ins, unblock progress, and communicate updates clearly.
- Coordinate Internal Teams: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Operations teams to deliver each integration project smoothly and on schedule.
- Ensure Technical Readiness: Support partners with integration testing, data flow validation, and issue resolution. Make sure each partner is technically ready for launch.
- Drive Go-Live Execution: Lead the final steps to get a partner live — confirming readiness, running pre-launch checks, and supporting the launch day process.
- Document & Improve: Maintain accurate records of integration status and partner decisions. Share feedback to improve our onboarding processes and documentation.
About you:
- Experience managing external partner integrations, ideally in eCommerce, marketplaces, or SaaS
- Good understanding of modern integration methods (REST APIs, iFrames, SFTP, Webhooks, etc.)
- Good project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple onboarding projects at once
- Confident in leading partner meetings, translating technical detail into business terms (and vice versa)
- Highly organised, with a focus on clear communication and timely follow-through
- Familiarity with booking platforms, availability systems, or experience inventory
- Experience with tools like Jira, Salesforce, DevOps, Slack, or similar project management environments is desirable
We live by our company core purpose of Delivering Happiness – Amazing People. We only hire amazing people like you, if this is you and if this sounds like the opportunity you have been looking for, we would love to hear from you.
