Overview

We’re the Moonpig Group – home to Moonpig, Greetz, Red Letter Days and Buyagift – and we’re on a mission to make people feel loved, celebrated and remembered. We help people stay close, no matter the miles with cards, gifts and personal touches delivered with care. We’re led by values that guide how we work and support one another, creating a place where people and ideas thrive.

If you’re looking to make an impact, bring your spark and be part of something meaningful – we’d love to have you on the team.

About the role

We’re on the lookout for a proactive and people-focused Employee Engagement & Experience Manager to take our internal culture to the next level. Sitting within the People Team and reporting to the Head of People Partnering, this newly created role is more than just comms — it’s about owning and evolving the entire employee experience across Moonpig Group.

You’ll lead internal communications for the Cards Division (Moonpig & Greetz), own our employee engagement survey end-to-end, and design inclusive events and initiatives that build true connection. It’s a hands-on role with real strategic scope and ideal for someone excited to shape and deliver meaningful change in a growing, fast-paced business.

We’re after someone with a bias for action from a fast-moving, start up/scale up environment who thrives on variety, brings fresh ideas, and enjoys making things happen. You’ll need confidence and resilience, but you’ll also have plenty of opportunity to influence and shape how we engage and support our people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead internal communications across the Cards Division, aligning messaging with business goals and values
  • Create and deliver engaging content for Slack, presentations, leadership updates, and more
  • Support with organising and running events like All Hands, Strategy Days, and leadership sessions
  • Support leaders in delivering consistent, impactful communication
  • Manage internal channels to ensure content is relevant, timely, and engaging
  • Own and lead the employee engagement survey — including pulse checks, data analysis, and follow-through
  • Turn engagement insights into clear, actionable plans in partnership with leaders
  • Plan and deliver “Moments that Matter” — from onboarding and anniversaries to social events and celebrations
  • Champion culture and belonging through inclusive events and recognition initiatives
  • Collaborate across the People Team to improve the full employee lifecycle experience
  • Gather and act on feedback to continuously improve workplace culture
About You
  • Experienced in internal communications and engagement survey delivery
  • Comfortable working in “scrappy” environments with limited structure
  • Confident partnering with senior stakeholders to influence and inspire action
  • Strong writer and storyteller who can cut through the noise
  • Practical, hands-on mindset with a bias for action
  • Resilient and energised by variety — you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves
  • Open to feedback and ideas — you\\\'re someone who listens, iterates, and adapts
  • Passionate about inclusion, culture, and building belonging
Interview Process
  • Stage 1: Initial Recruiter Call (15–30 minutes)
  • Stage 2: Interview with Hiring Manager (45 minutes)
  • Stage 3: Task presentation to a panel including Hiring Manager and People Director (1 hour)
  • Offer! 🎉
