About the Role

We're looking for a Campaign Manager to take ownership of integrated marketing campaigns from insight and planning through to execution and performance analysis. Working at the heart of the Marketing team, you'll collaborate with channel specialists, creative teams, agencies and commercial stakeholders to deliver standout campaigns across TV, digital, CRM, social, PR, partnerships and more. From major seasonal moments to always-on activity that drives customer engagement and growth, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring campaigns are delivered seamlessly across every touchpoint. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Campaign Manager who enjoys variety, loves working cross-functionally and is passionate about creating customer-focused campaigns that make an impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the execution of key seasonal campaigns across all channels, including major trading moments such as Christmas, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day.
  • Build and maintain campaign plans, timelines and briefs to ensure successful delivery.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns on time and to a high standard.
  • Own the day-to-day delivery of always-on campaign activity.
  • Continuously optimise campaigns to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Support test-and-learn initiatives across channels to drive ongoing improvement.
  • Support delivery of new customer acquisition targets through campaign activity.
  • Drive engagement and repeat purchase from existing customers, particularly across CRM and owned channels.
  • Monitor and optimise performance across different audience segments.
  • Work closely with CRM, social, media agency, PR and partnerships teams to ensure joined-up execution.
  • Ensure consistency of messaging and brand across all customer touchpoints.
  • Track and report on campaign performance across channels.
  • Identify optimisation opportunities and implement improvements.
  • Support post-campaign analysis and insight generation.

About You

  • Proven experience in marketing or campaign management roles, with around six years' relevant experience.
  • Experience delivering campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, CRM and social.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimisation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality execution.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to build effective relationships and bring teams together behind shared goals.
  • Passion for creating customer-focused campaigns that deliver measurable impact.
