We're a lean, high-ownership group responsible for making sure every MoonPay team member has the environment, tools, and experiences they need to do their best work. From the moment someone walks through the door of a MoonBase to the moment they leave a company offsite buzzing with energy, we obsess over the details that make a difference.
As Workplace Manager for our London MoonBase in Shoreditch, you'll be the heartbeat of the space. You'll take full ownership of the day-to-day experience, curating an environment where the snacks are plenty, the vibes are on point, and the team genuinely wants to show up. This role goes beyond facilities; you'll be a culture carrier, an event architect, and a trusted operational partner to teams across MoonPay globally.
What you will do
- Own end-to-end operations of our London MoonBase, from daily facilities management to long-term space planning.
- Serve as primary liaison with onsite teams (building management, housekeeping, security) and external vendors, resolving issues swiftly via the facilities ticketing system.
- Keep all communal areas — kitchens, meeting rooms, collaboration spaces — consistently stocked, clean, and functioning.
- Administer global access controls across MoonBase locations, including events and lunch allowances.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts, driving value and accountability across all supplier partnerships.
- Oversee all global MoonBase locations outside of NYC, supporting office operations, moves, renewals, new setups, and closures in partnership with other teams.
- Own global event planning and execution with the NYC Office Manager - spanning team socials, leadership offsites, and company events across all locations.
- Lead MoonPay's UK Health.
