About the Opportunity
We\'re building the everyday app for crypto - something as simple, trusted, and useful as the money apps people use every day. The MoonPay Consumer app is at the heart of that vision.
We\'re looking for a Senior Product Manager to help define and drive this app forward. In this role, you\'ll partner closely with design, engineering, compliance, and other teams to build intuitive, high-quality experiences that help users invest, earn, and use crypto in ways that feel familiar and effortless.
You\'ll report directly to the Group Product Manager for the app and play a key role in shaping the roadmap, setting OKRs, and executing against clear goals. We\'re not just looking for someone to ship features - we need someone who understands the problem space, can think at a high level about where the product is going, and cares deeply about making crypto truly useful for everyday people.
About You- You have 5+ years of Product Management Experience with a focus on fintech, cryptocurrency or blockchain.
- You have a proven track record of leading successful product initiatives from discovery to execution. You\'ve failed and you\'ve succeeded.
- You have a strong understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, the top players, products and emerging trends and technologies.
- You have experience moving fast, and working in a high growth start up or scale up product team.
- You can systematically break down and solve complex problems.
- You\'re a great storyteller, who is able to motivate, energise and inspire people towards a common goal.
- You\'re a fast learner, humble and curious, and enjoy learning every day and sharing your knowledge and experience.
What you will be working on
You\'ll take ownership of a key area within the MoonPay Consumer app - whether that\'s helping users successfully onboard and take their first steps, building out earning opportunities, or exploring how social features can deepen engagement.
What\'s constant is the expectation: you\'ll be responsible for setting direction, defining OKRs, and delivering high-quality product outcomes that push the app - and our customers - forward. You\'ll collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and compliance to ship meaningful experiences, and you\'ll play a critical role in helping make crypto feel as useful and familiar as everyday money.
