About the Opportunity

Our Employee Excellence team keeps MoonPay running and thriving. We're a lean, high-ownership group responsible for making sure every MoonPay team member has the environment, tools, and experiences they need to do their best work. As Workplace Manager for our London MoonBase in Shoreditch, you'll be the heartbeat of the space. You'll take full ownership of the day-to-day experience, curating an environment where the snacks are plenty, the vibes are on point, and the team genuinely wants to show up. This role goes beyond facilities; you'll be a culture carrier, an event architect, and a trusted operational partner to teams across MoonPay globally.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end operations of our London MoonBase, from daily facilities management to long-term space planning.
• Serve as primary liaison with onsite teams (building management, housekeeping, security) and external vendors, resolving issues swiftly via the facilities ticketing system.
• Keep all communal areas — kitchens, meeting rooms, collaboration spaces — consistently stocked, clean, and functioning.
• Administer global access controls across MoonBase locations, including events and lunch allowances.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts, driving value and accountability across all supplier partnerships.
• Oversee all global MoonBase locations outside of NYC, supporting office operations, moves, renewals, new setups, and closures in partnership with other teams.
• Own global event planning and execution with the NYC Office Manager, spanning team socials, leadership offsites, and company events across all locations.
• Lead MoonPay's UK Health & Safety programme, ensuring full legislative compliance and proactively closing gaps.
• Take on ad hoc projects and operational initiatives as MoonPay continues to scale.

About You

• You have proven experience in office and/or facilities management, ideally supporting both onsite and distributed remote teams.
• You have strong working knowledge of UK health & safety legislation and regulations, with hands-on experience driving compliance programmes.
• You have a background in events coordination and have successfully delivered both intimate team experiences and large-scale company events.
• You operate with a high sense of urgency — you respond fast, take action, and follow through without needing to be chased.
• You are exceptionally organised, with sharp attention to detail and a proven ability to juggle multiple workstreams simultaneously without dropping the ball.
• You communicate with clarity and confidence — in writing, in meetings, and with senior stakeholders.
• You exercise strong business judgment, balance competing priorities effectively, and know when to escalate versus when to just get it done.
• You build rapport quickly and naturally with internal teams and external partners alike.
• You are crypto-curious — you don't need to be a DeFi native, but you're genuinely interested in the space and excited to be part of it.
• You are comfortable with occasional travel to support global MoonBase locations and events.

As the sole owner of MoonPay's London MoonBase, you'll shape one of our most important physical touchpoints — a space that reflects who we are and how we work. Day-to-day, you'll manage everything from maintenance and vendor relationships to access control and supply ordering. Beyond operations, you'll bring MoonPay's culture to life through thoughtfully planned events and offsites, drawing on your knowledge of London's best venues and your instinct for what makes an experience memorable.
